QUIZLET: Texas Media & Analytics (Comms Planning Project)
Students in TM&A formed groups of 3 and each group was assigned a brand. Together, we had a month to create a communications plan that was to be presented to the professor.
Through gathering primary and secondary research, we were able to find the most effective way for Quizlet to appeal to its audience moving forward. Along with understanding the problems/concerns its audience currently has, we also brainstormed ideas for potential executions we believe would help increase the customer satisfaction and user loyalty with the brand.
