CIRQUE DU SOLEIL: Integrated Communications Management

It is critical for people in the advertising industry to be quick thinkers when they are brought in to help when crisis'/problems occur within companies. For my mid-term project in this specific class, we worked in groups of five to analyze and understand a real world problem Cirque du Soleil had previously faced (from the communications standpoint).


We came together to analyze and discuss the root problem Cirque du Soliel was facing - their product value had been diluted throughout the growth of their company. Throughout the process, we identified the opportunity they had, despite the issues they were facing, the critical factors, and three alternatives (along with pros and cons of each) in order to solve the issue.
